Watermark’s Planning & Self-Study (PSS) solution enables SWU to collect and report on assessment planning efforts across programs, colleges, and departments to meet goals for continuous improvement and accreditation standards. PSS has four components:
- Assessment Planning and Outcomes Assessment – This component gives users the ability to collect assessment data for programs, including measures, results, actions, and key foundational data such as mission statement, outcomes, and curriculum maps.
- Self-Study – Users have access to pre-existing templates in addition to the ability to build templates for accreditors and begin collecting evidence and writing narratives for the next submissions.
- Program Review – In this component, users can develop templates to document program review.
- Strategic Planning – This component provides the opportunity to develop a template that can document the institution’s current strategic plan. The template includes features for users to document implementation progress of the plan.
