The information technology staff understands the importance of technology in learning.  When you encounter technology issues that interfere with learning, we want to resolve these as soon as possible.  Therefore, we support work order submissions through walk-in and direct work order entry.  CANVAS telephone support is available 24/7/365.
 
Instructions on each method are provided on this page to assist you in this process.  We prefer direct work order entry for faculty, staff and students using iSupport.

You may contact us at 864-644-5050 or toll free at 1-800-289-1292 extension 5050.  We are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. You are required to provide our staff with your SWU-issued ID number and two personal verification data before any information can be released via telephone.

If you attend class on the main campus and would like to speak with a technician in person, please visit us at our suite of offices located in the lower level of Rickman Library.  Our main desk is located in room 0-128.  Elevator access is available. Office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
