iSupport on the left side of the page. This service requires a valid login to MySWU to submit an incident. iSupport is SWU's incident tracking system. Browse our knowledge base on many common issues or submit/update an incident with our technical support staff.
Call the HelpDesk - For further assistance, you can call the HelpDesk at 864-644-5050. We are open from 8:00-7:00 Monday - Thursday and 8:00-4:30 on Friday.
