|Future Students|These accounts are created immediately after you are officially accepted by our Enrollment Team. Call 877-644-5556 to contact your Enrollment counselor with questions on whether your information is updated in our student database.

MySWU - Please use your personal email address (as stored in our student database) or your ID number in the "Username" field. MySWU auto generates a password for you when the account is created.  This login information is sent to your personal email address (as stored in our student database). If you have not received this email, please contact your enrollment counselor to verify your contact information in our system prior to using the "Reset My Password" link.

The "Reset my password" tool will only work if we have the following information stored in our student database; ID Number, First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. If the information provided matches what we have stored in our student database, then you will be allowed to create a new password and continue working. After you are officially enrolled, this will become the preferred method for a password reset as this tool will synchronize passwords for other services like CANVAS and OFFICE 365. Changing a password might require an update on mobile devices used to receive email and retrieve documents.

|Students| These accounts settings are changed 4 weeks before the first day of class provided you are "clear" for registration. International students should call our Enrollment Team at 877-644-5556 for questions related to SSN Data.

MySWU, CANVAS and OFFICE 365 - Please use your SWU-issued email address or your ID number in the "Username" field. The current password will not be changed.  We strongly recommend that you use the password reset tool on mySWU to synchronize CANVAS, mySWU and Office 365 passwords.

Use the "Reset my password" tool to change and synchronize all passwords. You must verify your identity by providing the following information; ID Number, First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. If the information provided matches what we have stored in our student database, then you will be allowed to create a new password and all other passwords will be synchronized. Confirmation will be sent to the primary email address of record.  Changing a password might require an update on mobile devices used to receive email and retrieve documents.

SWU-provided computers - This refers to SWU-lab computers or other SWU-owned PC's that require a personal login. Your username is (swu-issued email address). Your password (if synchronized) will be the same as listed above.

|Faculty/Staff| These accounts are created prior to the first day of work if the New Employee Checklist Form is properly submitted. International employees should contact Human Resources staff at 864-644-5004 or 864-644-5005 for questions regarding SSN data.

MySWU, CANVAS and OFFICE 365 - Please use your SWU-issued email address (as stored in our employee database) or your ID number in the "Username" field. The default password is Warrior and the last 5 digits of your social security number (all lowercase i.e.Warrior12345). International employees should contact our Human Resources Staff for assistance with SSN data.

To use the "Reset my password" tool we must have the following information stored in our employee database: ID Number, First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. If the information provided matches what we have stored in our employee database, then you will be allowed to create a new password and all other passwords will be synchronized. |Parents| Students must complete the Online Privacy Form to create a Parent account.  Please call 864-644-5523 to update your personal information or if you have questions.

MySWU - If a student has completed the online privacy form allowing you permission to view academic and/or financial data, login information is emailed to the personal email address provided to us on the online form by the student. Ensure that the student has submitted your personal email address correctly. Your username will be your personal email address or your ID Number.

The "Reset my password" tool will only work if we have the following information stored in our student database; ID Number, First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. If the information provided matches what we have stored in our parent database, then you will be allowed to create a new password and continue working. It is likely that we do not have your birthday stored in our database.  Please update this information with our financial services team.  Changing a password might require an update on mobile devices used to receive email and retrieve documents. |Alumni, Donors, & Friends| Alumni have lifetime accounts. Donors and friends may request an account by calling the Advancement Office at 864-644-5008 or 864-644-5385.

MySWU - Please use your personal email address (as stored in our student database) or your ID number in the "Username" field. If we create a new account for you, MySWU auto generates a password and sends this login information to your personal email address (as stored in our student database). If you have not received this email, please contact our Advancement Office to update your personal contact information.

If you need a new password, please use the "I Forgot My Password" link located in the login prompt window. This auto generated password will be sent directly to your personal email address (as stored in our database). 

The "Reset my password" tool requires you to verify your identity by providing the following information; ID Number, First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. You will need to contact our Advancement Office for instructions on how to keep this information updated. If the information provided matches what we have stored in our database, then you will be allowed to create a new password. Password synchronization only applies to currently enrolled students. A confirmation email is sent to the primary email address of record.  Changing a password might require an update on mobile devices used to receive email and retrieve documents.
