Brainfuse is an online tutoring service for SWU students enrolled in online courses (course code ON**). Drop-in tutoring is available 24/7 in math, reading, writing, science, business, and computers & technology. In addition, Brainfuse offers academic tools for all SWU students which include flashcards, SkillSurfer practice tests, and lessons, MEET virtual meetings, LEAP diagnostic testing, language lab, Brainwave recorded notetaking and eParachute career aptitude tests. Students access their Brainfuse account through Canvas.
With Brainfuse you can:
- Connect with live tutors 24/7
- Submit written assignments to the Writing Lab for review by a professional writing expert
- Access personalized skill-building and test prep resources
- Use eParachute to discover strengths and unique talents for career planning
- Form online study groups
- Schedule live sessions with peers/faculty using Meet™ and Brainwave™ collaborative whiteboard (audio capable)
- Record and email live tutoring sessions and video notes
Accessing Your Brainfuse Account
