***Please note, there are no payment plans offered for Dually Enrolled students.***
By enrolling in a payment plan, I acknowledge that I have read the Delinquency and Refund policies found in the University Catalog and understand that I have the responsibility to pay in full all tuition, fees, and other associated costs assessed as a result of my registration and/or receipt of services by the published or assigned due date. I understand and acknowledge that my registration and acceptance of these terms constitutes a promissory note agreement (i.e. a financial obligation in the form of an educational loan as defined by the U.S. Bankruptcy Code at 11 U.S.C. §523(a)(8)) in which the University is providing me educational services by deferring some or all of my payment obligation. If I fail to meet the terms of this agreement, I understand that the full balance including late fees may be made payable by law; future registrations may be prohibited for any courses and/or current courses may be dropped; future enrollment in a payment plan may be prohibited; my delinquent account may be reported to the credit bureau; and my diploma and transcript will be withheld until the unpaid balance, and any additional attorney fees, legal expenses, or other collections fees are paid in full.
Southern Wesleyan University reserves the right to adjust monthly payments due to a change in financial aid, student account charges, late payments or partial payments. To avoid a finance charge*, you must submit a payment plan form, make your first payment of your payment plan by August 5, 2020, and set up a draft of payments for the subsequent months on the payment plan. If a payment is declined, a returned payment fee will be added. If unresolved, a late fee may be applied. If you have any questions concerning payment options, call the Student Accounts Office at (864) 644-5520 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
