Description
The history of educating exceptional children. An examination of the special problems confronted in dealing with students who are gifted, have learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, or physical disabilities. Included in this course will be 30 hours of service learning. Required of all teacher candidates except physical education. Prerequisite: Acceptance into Lock 1, GPA 2.75.
